International Orders

We DO NOT ship orders to Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea. We ship internationally to all other countries!

DEEZIFY cannot control Customs fees as each country varies. Customers are responsible for paying their own custom fees.

Delivery may be delayed if Custom Agencies hold items. DEEZIFY and the shipping agency have no control over custom protocols.

Tracking information is not guaranteed for international orders.

DEEZIFY does not refund or accept returns in regards to Customs fees or refusal of package because of Customs fees.

DEEZIFY ships products from the US and Europe. When possible the products will be shipped from the most appropriate location. This will decrease shipping times and costs for international orders.

Some products will be shipped from our US location by default (if not available from our European location) and shipping costs will be adjusted accordingly.

Does FedEx ship to PO Boxes?

They don't ship to US based PO Boxes, but will ship to some international PO Boxes. We will not refund a FedEx shipping rate if a US based PO box is entered.

How long does it take for my order to be processed?

Deezify's goal is to offer you the best shipping options possible. We ensure you that we provide the highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

From the time your order is placed and the date when you it, there are two processes to consider.

Fulfillment: Standard fulfillment time is 2-7 business days.

Shipping: You have several shipping options to choose from - they can range from within 1-8 business days (1-20 for international orders) depending on the courier and level of service you select.

Shipping Policy

Estimated shipping delivery times:
USA: 3-5 business days
Canada: 5-10 business days
World: 10-20 business days

Your order will be sent out on average within 3 days of ordering.

International Shipping:

International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.

We do not take responsibility for customs fees.

Returns & Refunds

Any returns or problems that occur because of an error on our part will be handled at our expense otherwise we do not cover shipping costs for returns/exchanges.

Cases where you would like to exchange or return a product without any defect or due to a wrong size being ordered will be assessed on a case per case basis.

No Exchanges on Headwear for hygienic and sanitary reasons.

Contact us in regards to claims or concerns first.

All sales are final outside the USA.

No refunds on digital products.

How long do I have to submit a claim for a return/exchange?

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product is received.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

If a package gets returned

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.

Returned by Customer - It is best to contact us before returning any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, and size exchanges.

What if the product is damaged in the mail?

We ask for photo verification of the damaged goods sent to admin@deezify.com, then we'll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.

Order never arrived:

If your order didn't end up arriving, be sure to let us know.

First check your shipping confirmation and check that you entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.

If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at admin@deezify.com noting your order number. We'll see what can be done.

Returns policy

Damaged items:
The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with us within a week's time.

Wrong size:
If you're unhappy with the size you've received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it's possible that the garment was mislabelled. Let us know and we'll get you sorted out.

If you'd like a different size, get in touch with us at admin@deezify.com and we'll let you know what your next steps are.

It is best to double check your order and inform us of your mistake prior to shipping. We can adjust the order on our end immediately before being shipped.

How should I wash my printed garments?

We use the latest Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing technology to offer a wide variety of printable garments and design color options. Keep in mind that the original manufacturer's care instructions don't take into consideration the DTG printing process.

Be wary of washing and drying on a high setting, especially when the garment is 100% cotton. High-temperature washes can fade and crack the print, and a high-temperature dryer settings can shrink the garment, as well as damage the print.

In order for you to prolong the life of your custom print, we suggest following the care instructions below:

Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary.

No fabric softeners. Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life.

Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration.

Disclaimer about Direct to Garment Printing

You may notice some discoloration or off white residue on your apparel. Do not worry! This is a special solution used for printing and can sometimes leave marks during the drying process. These are not stains and will wash off after the first wash cycle.

Our apparel is created with the latest in garment printing technology. In addition, our inks are water based and eco-friendly. This makes the feel much softer than traditional screen printed shirts, but just as durable!

How are your products packaged for shipment?

Because of the variety of products we fulfill, we package each item based on dimension requirements to ensure protection during shipment.

Posters are shipped in kraft tube boxes with plastic end caps.

Frames and canvases are usually shipped in corrugated boxes, ranging in dimensions of 26x20x18 to 28x5.5x38.
